Glockenspiel?

Though I'm not a celebrator of Christmas.
This is just beautiful and makes me wish I did celebrate.
The angle is more than photographically articulate.

The City spent half a million dollars on this piece and ordered it from Germany. This does it justice, you can see the details of the nutcrackers and snow-men. even the fire department building in the background looks fabulous!!
