Been really into cooking and trying new recipes and I always pick a recipe based on how good the picture of it looks. If it doesnt have a picture...Im probably not going to attempt to make it. It just goes to show how important our visual aspect of things are.

I always have been able to relate to elephants in a lot of ways. For one, they're the only species thats like them. They don't really fit into a category like a dog and a wolf would fit into a category together or a zebra and a horse. They kind of don't really fit in anywhere accept with each other. Also, they have an amazing memory and apparently can remember great detail of almost every day of their life which makes them very sensitive animals and very prone to stress, depression, and anxiety. They are extremely docile animals until you mess with them or their families which can bring out a temper unlike any other.

A couple days ago we were lucky enough to wake up to about an inch of snow. Doesn't sound like much but when you live in Central Texas by way of Maine, an inch of snow might as well be an inch of diamonds falling from the sky. I miss it so so much which is why I chose it as this weeks feature theme...as well as the fact that snow, at least an exorbitance of it can be rather difficult to photograph.
